The Baltimore Ravens signed placekicker Elliot Fry on Sunday. The former South Carolina Gamecock spent time with the Orlando Apollos of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) this past spring. Fry converted on all 14 of his field-goal attempts in the AAF and was signed by the Chicago Bears earlier this offseason. Fry’s stint in Chicago was not meant to be, however, and was released last week.

Fry will join the Ravens as a camp leg to relieve Justin Tucker for the rest of the preseason. The Ravens still have one roster spot open after the signing.
