After the close of the preseason, the Baltimore Ravens are now tasked with determining which players will make the final roster. The 2018 preseason was one of the most intriguing in recent memory. The addition of a new, young talent at QB drew interest from the start. As the eyes of the nation gazed upon the Ravens, other storylines began to develop. Notably absent from this list is Jimmy Smith. Smith will be placed on the suspended list, giving the Ravens an open spot until his return. Baltimore also placed four players on the season-ending injured reserve. These players are safeties, Bennett Jackson and DeShon Elliot, cornerback Stanley Jean-Baptiste, and offensive lineman Greg Senat. Wide receiver Quincy Adeboyejo, linebacker Bam Bradley, and cornerback Jaylen Hill will all start the year on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.
