Hi everyone, and welcome to this week’s edition of the Ravens Weekly Roundup, where we take a look at and review all of the news surrounding the Baltimore Ravens, from the past week. If you missed any Ravens news, this is your one stop shop for all things Baltimore Ravens. This week not too many big news stories surfaced, but the highlight of the week was the NFL releasing the regular season schedule. Now, let’s dive right into this past week’s headlines.
Thursday April 20, 2017 – The NFL Releases the Regular Season Schedule
On Thursday, the NFL released the regular season schedule for the entire league, along with the schedule for the Baltimore Ravens. The schedule features four primetime games. These games include two Thursday Night Football matchups, one against the Dolphins in Week 8, and the other against the Colts on a Saturday in Week 16. In Week 12 the Ravens will face off against the Texans on Monday Night Football, and in Week 10 Baltimore will travel to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers on Sunday Night Football. Draft Prospects
As we inch closer and closer to the NFL draft, the Ravens are making it a point to find the right prospects for the team. This week the Ravens met with multiple prospects, including Western Michigan wide receiver Corey Davis, and Houston outside linebacker Tyrus Bowser. We also took a look at top wide receiver prospect Mike Williams from Clemson. The NFL Draft starts this Thursday, at 7 PM EDT, and will continue into that Saturday.
