Today, the Ravens met with top wide receiver prospect Corey Davis. Davis, 22, is from Western Michigan University. He met with the Ravens today, and is scheduled to meet with the Ravens again tomorrow. Baltimore is in need of a top receiver, as last season they suffered from not having a very efficient passing attack, let alone offense in general. Davis had a prolific career at Western Michigan. In his four seasons, he had three seasons over 1,400 yards, his freshman year he only had 941 yards receiving. Davis is considered the best receiver in the draft by many, and the Ravens obviously are interested in him. The Baltimore Ravens also met with two other top receiver prospects in John Ross of Washington and Mike Williams of Clemson. With the Baltimore Ravens picking at #16 overall in the draft this season, they are in prime position to pick up one of these three receivers. The real question is whether or not the Ravens will decide to draft a receiver, and which they would prefer.
